The procedure

6 steps

  1. Write the single success metric and the target number before building anything.
  2. Confirm the landing page works end to end with a real test submission, not just a render check.
  3. Verify tracking: UTMs, conversion events, and pixels firing on the thank-you state.
  4. Proof every asset for one CTA and one audience; remove exit ramps and bloat from conversion pages.
  5. Stage all channel posts and schedule them, then dry-run the send to a seed list.
  6. On launch day, watch the first hour live and fix anything broken before scaling spend.
