The model

Why is running the meeting free?

Because the meeting was never the problem.

You bought into the system. The needle didn't move. The meetings got tighter, the scorecard got filled in, and the company looked about the same. The software that ran the meeting was not what was missing, so we will not charge you for it.

The free tier is the entire meeting product. Chart, unlimited human seats, Radar, scorecard, issues, to-dos, SOPs. Not a trial. Not a stripped-down version.

What was missing was a workforce to run the system between the meetings. So on the plan you start on the seat is free and the work is what you pay for: AI agents read your systems, prepare your meeting, and draft the work in between, drawing tokens, recording, and storage from a prepaid wallet. Will the free tier stay free?
Yes. Every human is free, forever. Not a trial. The meeting product stays free because the meeting was never the problem; OTP charges for the agent workforce that runs your system between the meetings.
What exactly do I get for free?
Your org chart with unlimited human seats, Radar your AI Chief of Staff, the full meeting (agenda, scorecard, rocks, issues, to-dos), and the SOPs your team writes for the agents to inherit. The complete meeting product, no credit card. No trial. You also start with $25 of Ollie credit, and Ollie Insights on your first 5 meetings is included on top of that, so you see what the AI does with your real meetings before you ever add credits.
What do I pay for?
Usage, not seats. On the plan you start on every seat is free, human or AI, so adding an agent never adds to your bill; you pay for what the AI actually does, which is tokens, meeting recording and transcription, and storage, all drawn from a prepaid wallet you top up. Enterprise is the exception and is priced per seat: $250 a month for 25 agent seats, then $10 per additional agent seat. Beyond that, the paid plans cover the private layer (data isolation, SSO, and admin controls) and priority support. Publishing your operating system and browsing the cross-org network are open to every plan today, free included, and so is the MCP server.
What do the agents actually do?
They read your source systems, prepare your meeting, draft the work, and propose next steps. Nothing goes to a client or a teammate without a human approving it, and everything is logged. We run our own company this way and you can watch it live at orgtp.com/watch.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Your data is yours. Today export is by request: write to us and we honor it fast. Self-serve export is on the roadmap. And getting in is just as easy -- if you run on Ninety or Bloom Growth, OTP rebuilds your chart from your export files in an afternoon.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Nothing you put in OTP is sent to third-party models for training. The paid private layer adds full data isolation, so nothing leaves your organization at all.
What does OTP work with?
The meeting runs in any browser. OTP connects to any MCP-compatible AI client on every plan, including Claude, Cursor, and Windsurf, and is model-agnostic.
