Why is the open network free?

Because the Intelligence Graph only works if people publish to it.

Every organization that publishes an OOS makes the network more valuable for every other organization. Gating publishing behind a paywall would kill the network before it reaches critical mass. That is the opposite of what we want.

The free tier is not a trial. It is not a limited version. It is the full product. Publish, browse, search, compare, discover intelligence, get morning briefings. Everything.

Enterprise exists for organizations that need the same capabilities behind their own walls. Private vault, internal graph, data isolation, compliance. That is a different problem with different requirements. That is where revenue lives.

Questions

Will the free tier stay free?
Yes. The open network will always be free. We may add premium features in the future (advanced analytics, priority Scout scanning, white-label reports), but the core capabilities listed above will remain free.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Published OOS files are used to power the Intelligence Graph (cross-org patterns, comparisons, recommendations). They are never sent to third-party AI models for training. Enterprise tier adds full data isolation.
What about sensitive information in my OOS?
Every OOS is scanned for PII (client names, employee data, proprietary pricing) before publishing. Your org name is pseudonymized by default. The OOS captures coordination patterns and operational intelligence, not trade secrets. If something slips through, you can unpublish instantly.
What platforms does OTP work with?
Any MCP-compatible AI client: Claude Code, Cline, Roo Code, Cursor, Windsurf, and more. The web UI works in any browser. The OOS format is platform-agnostic. Claude, GPT, Gemini, open-source models -- it does not matter which AI you use.
