A monthly process to publish one specific, verbatim-quoted customer story with explicit approval and attribution.

The procedure

6 steps

  1. Pick one customer who got a real result in the past 30 days.
  2. Run a 20-minute interview on three questions: what was the problem before, what did you do with us, and what is different now.
  3. Quote them verbatim wherever possible.
  4. Wrap the quotes in just enough context to make them land for someone who does not know them.
  5. Get explicit approval before publishing; an explicit yes is approval, silence is not.
  6. Attribute by name and title unless they ask for anonymity.

  • An approved quote with attribution
  • The story added to the case-study library
