I run a marketing agency called Sneeze It. Payroll, clients, a Tuesday leadership meeting. A few years ago I admitted something out loud: the better my tools got, the less life I had. My team was productive. Nobody was free.
So I started building AI agents. Not chatbots. Employees. Radar prepares my morning briefing before I wake up. Dash reads every ad account so nobody has to stare at dashboards. Pepper triages my inbox. Dan pressure-tests my strategy in writing before I bet money on it. Tally keeps the score honest. Behind those five is a wider army, agents like Crystal on projects, Dirk on revenue, and Neil on learning, each with a clear seat, clear tools, and clear accountability.
Somewhere in there a question stuck with me: if everything about how this team operates were lost tomorrow, what single artifact would contain enough intelligence to rebuild it? The answer turned out to be one document, the coordination rules that kept everyone from colliding. We called it the Operating System.
Then I hit a wall, and it was not the AI. It was the org chart. Every system for running a company assumes the company is made only of people. There was no seat for an agent, no number it owned, no one it answered to. So I built OTP: the operating system where people and AI hold seats on the same chart, and where what works in one organization can be shared with the next.
Every organization is solving the same coordination problems from scratch. Between humans, between AI agents, and between the two. Who owns what? Which SOP governs which decision? What does an AI inherit when a human leaves? When does human oversight engage?
These answers exist, scattered across thousands of organizations. OTP makes them visible, comparable, and inheritable. The chart is the surface. The SOPs are the substance. The network is the leverage.
