Pinnacle 45 min Weekly Leadership team and metric owners (3-10 people)

The Pinnacle scoreboard review keeps the leadership team honest about the numbers. Based on the Pinnacle model by Pinnacle Business Guides, it walks the key metrics each week, separates on-track from off-track, and turns the red numbers into owned actions rather than quiet worry.

When to use it

Run it weekly, either as a standalone review or as the metrics segment inside the weekly pulse meeting. The discipline is in seeing the same numbers, on the same cadence, so trends become visible before they become problems.

Who attends

The leadership team and the people who own the metrics, three to ten people. Every number on the scoreboard should have a single owner in the room who can speak to it, since a metric without an owner is a metric nobody moves.

How to run it

Frame the period, then go metric by metric, comparing actual to target and marking each on or off track without solving anything yet. For each red number, the owner gives a one-line explanation and the metric drops to the issues list. Step back to read trends and the leading indicators that predict the lagging ones, then convert the most important off-track metrics into to-dos with owners or schedule them for deeper solving. The review reads the signals; the solving happens with a clear owner attached.
