Purpose: Walk the key metrics, compare actuals to target, read trends and leading indicators, and turn off-track numbers into owned actions.

- Cadence: Weekly
- Participants: Leadership team and metric owners (3-10 people)

- [ ] Walk the scoreboard (15 min) - actual vs target, on or off track
- [ ] Flag the off-track metrics (10 min) - one-line owner explanation
- [ ] Trends and leading indicators (10 min) - look across weeks
- [ ] Convert to owned actions (5 min) - to-dos or issues list

## Facilitator tips

- Give every metric a single owner.
- Read the signal first, solve outside the review.
- Watch leading indicators, not just lagging.
- Convert key reds into owned to-dos.
