Daily Outbound Prospecting Block

A repeatable 90-minute daily block to source, verify, and personalize cold outreach to ICP-matched accounts without spray-and-pray.

Sales 7 steps
When to use

Run every weekday when you own an outbound number and need a steady top-of-funnel.

Trigger
Runs when: Every weekday, a fixed 90-minute focused block at the same time each morning

The procedure

7 steps

  1. Open the live ICP list. If there is no current list, stop prospecting and build the list first.
  2. Pull 20 net-new accounts that match the ICP filter exactly: industry, headcount, buying signals, geography.
  3. For each account, identify two named contacts (an economic buyer and a technical buyer) and verify each email with a validation tool before writing.
  4. Skip anyone on the kill list: current clients, active competitors, and prior hard bounces.
  5. Write a first line per email that names a specific, observable signal about that company, not a flattery line.
  6. Send all 20 in one batch on the approved cold sequence.
  7. Log every send in the CRM with the disposition and the signal that triggered it.
Outputs
  • 20 verified contacts touched with logged signal source
  • CRM activity rows for the day
  • Replies and bounces routed into the next-step queue

Tips
  • A 2% reply on sharp personalization beats a 5% reply on generic templates because the replies come from the right people.
  • If you cannot name a specific signal for an account, it is not ICP-qualified yet. Drop it.
Note: The quality of the first line is the multiplier on the whole block. Spend the time there, not on volume.
