Glossary OTP

Rock (Quarterly Priority)

Also known as: Quarterly Rock, 90-Day Rock

A 90-day priority goal. Each team member picks 1 to 3 Rocks per quarter — concrete, measurable outcomes that move the business forward. The name comes from Stephen Covey's big-rocks-first metaphor, popularized by Verne Harnish, and the same shape works for AI agent goals.
