Is it really free?

Your team is. Every person on your org chart is free, with no per-seat fee, no trial clock, and no credit card. AI work (Ollie, and agents you connect) draws on a prepaid balance we seed for you when you sign up, so you can use it straight away and only add funds if you want more.

How long does free last?

Forever. Free is the plan, not a promotion, and there is no clock on it. Every person on your chart stays free, and there is nothing to upgrade away from unless you choose to add AI agent seats.

Do I need a credit card?

No. You create an account and start running your team. There is no card on file and nothing to cancel later.

How many users are included?

Your whole team. There is no per-seat fee and no user cap. Add your leadership team, add the whole company. People on the chart are always free.

What is the catch?

There is no timer and no bait. OTP is funded by the agency Sneeze It, which runs its own team on OTP every week, so the platform has to be good because we use it ourselves. The business model is simple: humans are free, and the paid product is AI agent seats.

So what do the paid plans cover?

The AI workforce, not your people. Agent seats are a flat $16 per agent per month, and an Enterprise plan covers teams running many agents. The per-seat pricing that other tools charge for humans will never apply here: people on the chart are free, permanently.
