What you can set: my tone (encouraging, direct, demanding, calm, playful, or data-first), character notes (who I am for your team), influences — thinkers whose published ideas I draw on, seeded from the library and editable line by line — plus hard do-not-touch topics I will never mention and governance rules I always follow.

How it cascades: each team can shape its own me on its tab — a team's tone and influences win over the organization's, while do-not-touch topics and governance rules only ever add up (teams can add, never remove). Whatever you set here is honored in every insight I write. One promise that never changes: I draw on the gurus' published ideas only — I never speak as them.

Your coach: if a coach is connected to your organization, you can attach their pack under Your coach. Coaches work differently from gurus: nothing is copied. The coach maintains their own pack, and every update they make reaches me live, so their frame is in the room even when they are not. I speak with the frame of their practice, never as them, and their pack can never change your governance rules or your do-not-touch topics. Detach at any time.
