Purpose: Run a one-on-one usability session, watch a real user complete tasks, and capture honest behavior and usability issues.

Duration: 60 minutes
Cadence: As needed
Participants: One moderator, one notetaker, and one participant per session

## Agenda
- [ ] Intro and consent (5 min) - testing the product not you, think aloud
- [ ] Background questions (10 min) - how they handle the task today
- [ ] Task-based testing (30 min) - realistic tasks, watch, do not help
- [ ] Post-task questions (10 min) - expectations, confusion, changes
- [ ] Debrief notes (5 min) - issues, severity, standout quotes

- How do you handle this today?
- What would you do first to accomplish this task?
- What are you thinking right now?
- What did you expect to happen when you clicked that?
- How did that feel, easy or hard, and why?
- If you could change one thing, what would it be?
- Was anything confusing or surprising you did not mention?
