# Scrum of Scrums Template

Coordinate multiple Scrum teams. Focus on the seams between teams: dependencies, integration, and shared blockers.

- **Duration:** 30 minutes
- **Cadence:** 2-3 times per week
- **Participants:** One representative per Scrum team plus a facilitator

## Agenda
- [ ] Team progress round (10 min) - what each team finished and will deliver next
- [ ] Surface dependencies (8 min) - name cross-team work and confirm handoffs
- [ ] Raise shared blockers (7 min) - impediments that cross team boundaries
- [ ] Assign cross-team actions (5 min) - owner and due date for each item

## Facilitator tips
- Focus on the seams between teams, not internal work.
- Send reps empowered to commit for their team.
- Track dependencies visibly.
- Escalate blockers fast when leadership is needed.
