## Agenda
- [ ] Check-in (10 min) - Reconnect and share what is on each leader mind.
- [ ] Build the Disagree List (10 min) - Name everything you are not aligned on.
- [ ] Resolve Disagreements / IDS (30 min) - Solve each item until both are on the same page.
- [ ] Confirm Alignment (10 min) - Restate decisions and the shared team message.

## Facilitator tips
- Be candid; say the uncomfortable thing.
- List disagreements first, solve second.
- Aim for true agreement, not silent compliance.
- Leave with one shared message, not two.
