# Pinnacle Accountability Chart Session Template

Purpose: Define the seats the business needs by function, give each seat clear accountabilities, and place the right person in every accountable seat.

- Duration: 150 minutes
- Cadence: As needed (growth, reorg, or periodic check)
- Participants: Leadership team (3-8 people)

- [ ] Define the functions and seats (45 min) - ignore names for now
- [ ] Roles and accountabilities per seat (40 min) - 3 to 5 each
- [ ] Place the right people in seats (30 min) - test the fit
- [ ] Gaps, overlaps, and conflicts (15 min) - surface honestly
- [ ] Decisions and next steps (5 min) - confirm and assign

## Facilitator tips

- Define seats by function before naming a person.
- Give every seat 3 to 5 clear accountabilities.
- Test fit: get it, want it, capacity for it.
- Name the gaps and overlaps.
