- [ ] Draft 3 to 5 objectives (25 min)
- [ ] Define 2 to 4 key results per objective (30 min)
- [ ] Assign owners and map dependencies (15 min)
- [ ] Commit and run confidence check (15 min)

## Facilitator tips

- Cap the set at 3 to 5 objectives.
- Write key results as numbers, not activities.
- Score last quarter before drafting the new one.
- Require a single accountable owner per objective.
