Purpose: Translate company objectives into team and individual key results so every level ladders up clearly to the goals above it.

- Duration: 90 minutes
- Cadence: Per cycle (after company OKRs are set)
- Participants: Managers and team leads (4-12 people)

- [ ] Map this team contribution (20 min)
- [ ] Draft team objectives that ladder up (25 min)
- [ ] Define measurable team key results (20 min)
- [ ] Check the ladder and assign owners (10 min)

## Facilitator tips

- Cascade contribution, not literal parent wording.
- Trace every key result up to a parent objective.
- Cut or reparent any orphaned goal.
- Go one layer at a time.
