Purpose: Translate the company one page plan into aligned team OGSMs so every team objective and goal ladders up to the corporate objective.

- Duration: 120 minutes
- Cadence: As needed (after the parent OGSM is set)
- Participants: Team leads and their managers (4-10 people)

- [ ] Identify each team contribution (20 min)
- [ ] Draft team objectives and goals (30 min)
- [ ] Draft team strategies and measures (30 min)
- [ ] Check vertical and horizontal alignment (15 min)
- [ ] Confirm owners and review cadence (5 min)

## Facilitator tips

- Make every team goal trace to a parent goal or strategy.
- Let teams own their strategies.
- Check horizontal alignment across teams.
- Keep each team OGSM to one page.
