- [ ] Segue (5 min) - Good news, one personal and one professional, from each person.
- [ ] Scorecard (5 min) - Review weekly numbers; off-track metrics go to the issues list.
- [ ] Rock Review (5 min) - Each owner reports Rocks on track or off track.
- [ ] Headlines (5 min) - Quick customer and employee headlines, one sentence each.
- [ ] To-Do List (5 min) - Review last week to-dos; target 90 percent done.
- [ ] IDS (60 min) - Identify, discuss, and solve the top three issues with owners.
- [ ] Conclude (5 min) - Recap to-dos, confirm cascading messages, rate the meeting 1-10.

## Facilitator tips
- Start on time and protect every timebox.
- Do not solve during reporting; list it as an issue instead.
- Solve the top three issues well rather than ten poorly.
- Assign every action to a single owner with a due date.
