Purpose: Verify the links across the X-matrix so breakthrough objectives, annual priorities, improvement targets, and owners form one coherent deployment plan.

- Cadence: Quarterly (plus at plan build)
- Participants: Leadership team and priority owners (5-12 people)

## Facilitator tips

- Read the matrix as a chain; a weak link breaks the plan.
- Question every correlation mark.
- Watch for owners carrying too many targets.
- Cut or connect orphaned priorities, never ignore them.
