Purpose: Run a moderated focus group that surfaces honest qualitative feedback and the reasoning behind customer behavior.

Duration: 90 minutes
Cadence: As needed
Participants: One moderator, one notetaker, and 6-10 screened participants

## Agenda
- [ ] Welcome and ground rules (10 min) - consent, purpose, one voice at a time
- [ ] Warm-up round (10 min) - easy opening question, every voice in the room
- [ ] Core discussion (40 min) - broad to specific, probe with why
- [ ] Concept or stimulus reaction (15 min) - show it, capture first reactions
- [ ] Prioritization and wrap-up (10 min) - rank, surface the unsaid, next steps
- [ ] Moderator debrief (5 min) - themes, surprises, standout quotes

- What did you try, and where did it fall short?
- If you could fix one thing, what would it be?
- What is your honest first reaction to this?
- What would have to be true for you to use this?
- What almost stopped you, or what still gives you pause?
