- [ ] Check-in and Recap Day 1 (30 min) - Reconnect and review Day 1 Vision elements.
- [ ] 3-Year Picture (90 min) - Paint a vivid picture of the company in three years.
- [ ] 1-Year Plan (90 min) - Set revenue, profit, measurables, and three to seven goals.
- [ ] Quarterly Rocks (120 min) - Translate the plan into this quarter Rocks with owners.
- [ ] Issues List (120 min) - Capture every obstacle to the Vision.
- [ ] Conclude and Next Steps (30 min) - Finalize the Vision and lock in the cadence.

## Facilitator tips
- Make the three-year picture concrete and visual.
- Keep the one-year plan to a few measurable goals.
- Ensure Rocks ladder up to the one-year plan.
- Capture obstacles on the issues list, do not solve them now.
