## Agenda
- [ ] Segue (30 min) - Reconnect; share personal and business bests from the quarter.
- [ ] Review Previous Quarter (60 min) - Check prior Rocks and Scorecard; celebrate and learn.
- [ ] Review the Vision (60 min) - Re-read the Vision to confirm alignment.
- [ ] Establish Next Quarter Rocks (120 min) - Set three to seven company Rocks with owners.
- [ ] Tackle Key Issues / IDS (120 min) - Solve the most important remaining issues.
- [ ] Conclude (30 min) - Recap decisions and to-dos; plan org communication; rate the day.

## Facilitator tips
- Book the full day and protect it.
- Cap Rocks at three to seven so the team can finish them.
- Make every Rock specific, measurable, and owned by one person.
- Keep IDS moving toward decisions, not open loops.
