The first full EOS implementation day: install the Accountability Chart, quarterly Rocks, meeting pulse, and a weekly Scorecard. Based on the EOS model.

## Agenda
- [ ] Introduction and Expectations (30 min) - Recap the model and set goals for the day.
- [ ] The Accountability Chart (120 min) - Define seats and place the right people.
- [ ] Rocks (120 min) - Set three to seven company Rocks for the next 90 days.
- [ ] Meeting Pulse and L10 (90 min) - Introduce the weekly Level 10 Meeting and pulse.
- [ ] Scorecard (90 min) - Build five to fifteen weekly numbers with owners and goals.
- [ ] Conclude and Next Steps (30 min) - Assign to-dos and schedule the first L10.

## Facilitator tips
- Build the structure before placing the people.
- Cap Rocks at three to seven.
- Make the Scorecard activity-based and owned.
- Schedule the first Level 10 Meeting before you close.
