- [ ] Day 1: Segue (60 min) - Reconnect and share the year bests.
- [ ] Day 1: Review the Year (120 min) - Review goals, Rocks, and Scorecard honestly.
- [ ] Day 1: Team Health (120 min) - Build trust and openness for planning.
- [ ] Day 1: Vision (V/TO) Review (180 min) - Confirm values, focus, target, strategy.
- [ ] Day 2: Next-Year Goals (180 min) - Set revenue, profit, and three to seven goals.
- [ ] Day 2: Q1 Rocks (180 min) - Translate goals into first quarter Rocks with owners.
- [ ] Day 2: Tackle Key Issues / IDS (90 min) - Solve top issues for a clean start.
- [ ] Day 2: Conclude (30 min) - Recap plan and to-dos; plan org message; rate the offsite.

## Facilitator tips
- Go offsite and give team-building real time.
- Lock one-year goals before setting Q1 Rocks.
- Keep goals and Rocks few and measurable.
- Write down every decision before you leave.
