- [ ] Introduction and Expectations (10 min) - Set context and what the team will decide.
- [ ] The EOS Model Overview (20 min) - Walk the Six Key Components.
- [ ] The Tools in Action (40 min) - Demonstrate V/TO, Accountability Chart, Scorecard, Rocks, L10, IDS.
- [ ] Questions and Discussion (15 min) - Address fit, concerns, and requirements.
- [ ] Decide Next Steps (5 min) - Decide whether to move forward, typically to a Focus Day.

## Facilitator tips
- Teach, do not pitch.
- Use real examples of the tools.
- Invite the hard questions early.
- End with a clear decision and date.
