- [ ] Scorecard (5 min) - Review department numbers; off-track ones become issues.
- [ ] Rock Review (5 min) - Each owner reports department Rocks on track or off track.
- [ ] Headlines (5 min) - Quick customer and team headlines.
- [ ] To-Do List (5 min) - Review last week to-dos; target 90 percent done.
- [ ] IDS (60 min) - Solve top department issues; escalate what belongs to leadership.
- [ ] Conclude (5 min) - Recap to-dos, confirm escalations and cascades, rate 1-10.

## Facilitator tips
- Keep the department Scorecard short and owned.
- Solve what you can, escalate what you cannot.
- Hold the same timeboxes as leadership.
- Cascade leadership decisions to the team.
