# AOS Quarterly Priorities Review Template

Purpose: Check each priority on or off track using the Accelerate Operating System (AOS) model, unblock at-risk owners, and keep the 90-day plan moving with intent.

- Duration: 45 minutes
- Cadence: Monthly (more often near quarter end)
- Participants: Leadership team and priority owners (4-10 people)

- Spend the time on at-risk priorities only.
- Decide help and resets early enough to matter.
- Close every at-risk priority with an action and owner.
