Purpose: Prioritize the issues list using the Accelerate Operating System (AOS) model, get to the root of each problem, and solve the few that matter most with clear owners.

## Facilitator tips

- Prioritize hard and solve the top few completely.
- Push past the symptom to the real problem.
- Drive each issue to a decision.
- Close every solved issue with an owner and deadline.
