- [ ] Growth plan (15 min) - expansion and retention plays with owners and timelines
- [ ] Action items (5 min) - top three moves for the quarter with owners and dates

## Tips

- Be honest in the snapshot; wishful health makes the plan worthless
- Map blockers, not just champions
- Tie every expansion play to the account's priorities, not your quota
- Limit the quarter to three real moves
