Purpose: Identify the few lead measures that are predictive of your Wildly Important Goal and influenceable by the team, then set weekly targets and owners.

## Facilitator tips

- Apply both tests: predictive and influenceable.
- Favor activities the team controls.
- Limit to two or three lead measures.
- Give each lead measure a numeric weekly target.
