# Weekly Leadership Meeting

> A 90-minute weekly leadership cadence: check-in, scorecard, rocks, headlines, to-dos, then solve the top three issues to root cause.

**Category:** Executive & Founder

**When to use:** Same day and time each week for the leadership team.

**Trigger:** Weekly, same day and time, 90 minutes

## Steps

1. Five minutes: each person shares one personal and one professional best from the week.
2. Five minutes: scorecard. Mark each weekly metric green, yellow, or red; anything red drops to the issues list.
3. Five minutes: rock review. On track or off track per owner; off track drops to issues.
4. Five minutes: customer and team headlines, one line each, wins or warnings only.
5. Five minutes: to-do review from last week; not-done items become new accountability.
6. Sixty minutes: identify, discuss, and solve the top three issues, stopping each at a real solution and an owner.
7. Five minutes: recap to-dos, name cascading messages, and rate the meeting one to ten with a one-line reason.

## Outputs

- An updated scorecard with notes
- Updated rocks with status and blockers
- To-dos with single owners and seven-day defaults
- Cascading messages distributed to the relevant teams

## Tools

- Scorecard
- Issues list
- Rocks tracker

## Notes

If the meeting routinely runs past 90 minutes, cut the agenda before extending the clock. The problem is too few pre-solved items, not too little time.
