# Quarterly Brand Voice Audit

## Steps

1. Pull every piece published in the quarter across all channels.
2. For each, ask whether it sounds like you or whether a generic model could have written it.
3. Flag every failure; do not retroactively fix them, learn from them.
4. Find the patterns: where you drifted toward generic and where you held the voice.
5. Add one specific new rule to the voice guide that would have caught the drift earlier.
6. Re-share the updated voice guide with everyone who writes.
