# Daily Distribution Check

> A 15-minute daily pass to confirm posts fired, reply to comments inside 24 hours, and promote anything outperforming.

**When to use:** Once a day for anyone running owned and social channels.

**Trigger:** Once daily, 15 minutes

## Steps

1. Open every channel you publish on and confirm each scheduled post fired and renders correctly.
2. Pull engagement on the previous day's post: comments, replies, DMs, shares.
3. Reply to every comment within 24 hours of posting.
4. Spot any topic running hotter than expected and promote it across more channels.
5. If a post is flat, below half the channel's 30-day median, log it but do not over-react to a sample of one.

## Outputs

- All scheduled posts confirmed live
- Comments replied to within 24 hours
- A note on which post outperformed
